For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp skimmed Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tbsp chopped pista,1/2 tbsp chopped almonds, 1/2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/2 tbsp ghee, and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Mix together.
- Step 2 Knead the dough and make smooth roundshaped balls.
- Step 3 In a pan add oil.
- Step 4 Fry prepared gulab jamun.
- Step 5 Fry till it turns golden brown in colour.

For Jaggery Syrup
- Step 1 In a pan add water as required, 1/4 cup powdered jaggery, and 1 green elaichi. Boil till it thickens.
- Step 2 Allow it to slightly cool.
- Step 3 Add the cooked jamuns in the syrup.
- Step 4 Soak for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Remove from syrup.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 7 Serve.
