- Step 1
Soak and cook 1/3 tbsp moong dal,1/2 tbsp tur dal,1/2 tbsp urad dal,1/3 tbsp masoor dal.
- Step 2
Also grind 1 tbsp white til with little water in a smooth paste.
- Step 3
In a blender add cooked mixed dal, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, ground sesame seed paste,1/3 tbsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 5
Blend to make a smooth paste.
- Step 6
Hummus is ready to be served.
