- Step 1 For the sandesh, combine 1/2 cup grated paneer, 1 ½ tbsp jaggery powder and 1/8 tsp kewra water. Knead into a soft dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Step 2 Mix 1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 1/8 cup chopped pineapple, 1/8 cup chopped apple, 1/8 cup pomegranate and 1/2 tbsp raisins.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds.
- Step 4 In a glass jar, pipe the sandesh mixture and layer it with fruits, repeat the layers.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tbsp raisins. Refrigerate and serve.
