Mix Fruit Lassi With Sugar Recipe

Thick curd blended with a variety of fruits to make a traditional Punjabi drink "lassi" sweet and healthy summer drink.

1/8 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Strawberry
ingredients
1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Muskmelon (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender, add 1/8th cup chopped banana, 1/8th cup chopped strawberry, 1/8th cup chopped muskmelon and 1 tbsp sugar.

  • Pour in 1/2 cup curd.

  • Blend to the required consistency.

  • Serve cold.
