Mix Dal Vada is an Indian savoury fried snack made with protein-rich moong dal and urad dal batter that is best served with refreshing and cooling mint chutney.

In a bowl, mix together, urad dal paste, moong dal paste, 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onions and mix well.
Make small portions of the batter and deep fry in oil.
Drain the vadas on an absorbent paper and serve hot with mint chutney.
