Mix Dal Vada with Mint Chutney Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Soak 2 tbsp moong dal, 2 tbsp urad dal and grind into paste. Keep aside.

  • For vada

    In a bowl, mix together, urad dal paste, moong dal paste, 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onions and mix well.

  • Make small portions of the batter and deep fry in oil.

  • Drain the vadas on an absorbent paper and serve hot with mint chutney.
