- Step 1 In a bowl add urad dal paste, moong dal paste, 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onion and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Heat a pan with oil for frying, add small portions of the batter and fry until crisp and golden brown
- Step 4 Drain the excess oil and serve hot with mint chutney.
