Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder & mix. Add water and mix well.
Pour 1 tsp oil and spread cheela batter.
Add 1 tsp oil and flip & roast evenly.
Serve with chutney.
