In the batter, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Add water to adjust to dropping consistency.
Heat pan, pour 1 tsp oil, spread a laddle of cheela batter.
Roast and flip till crispy.
