For Dal Dosa
- Step 1 Heat a pan, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3 Roast it using oil until crispy and golden brown
- Step 4 Serve dosa with onion chutney.

For Onion Chutney
- Step 1 In a grinder jar, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tbsp chopped fresh coconut, 1/4 tbsp tur dal, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 dry red chilli and 1/4 green chilli.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp oil and a little water.
- Step 3 Grind until smooth and it is ready
