This delicious dosa served with very easy to make onion chutney is a great way to start mornings!
Soak and grind rice and mix dals. Mix and ferment it overnight.
For the dosa
Heat a pan, pour 1 ladle of the batter, spread the batter evenly on the pan and add 1 oil.
Flip the dosa and roast it on the other side.
For the onion chutney
In a grinder jar, add 4 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped fresh coconut, 1 tbsp tur dal, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 red chilli and 1 green chilli.
Add 1 tsp oil and water.
Bend it till it is smooth.
Serve along with the mix dal dosa.
