- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 2 cloves, 1.5 tbsp finely chopped dates and saute until it softens.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp cooked brown rice, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, kesar water and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts.
- Step 4 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped pista.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
