For Malvani Masala
- Step 1 In a pan,add 1/2 tbsp dhania seed,1/8 tsp methi seed, 2 no. cloves,3 no. black pepper,1/4 tsp jeera,1/2 tsp saunf,1/8 tsp caraway seed,1 no. green elaichi,1 no. black elaichi,1 no. star anise,1 tsp mace ,1/4 tsp rai,1 tsp nutmeg powder,1/4 tsp khas khas,2 stick cinnamon,1 no. bay leaf, 6 no. dry red chili, and roast it well.
- Step 2 In a grinder add all roasted spices and grind it in a fine powder.

For Misal
- Step 1 Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil in it.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp hing, 2.5 tbsp
- Step 3 chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt and, prepared
- Step 4 malvani masala, saute well.
- Step 5 Then add cooked pulses and mix.
- Step 6 Once mixed well, add water and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Bring it to a boil and stir.
- Step 9 Serve hot with 2 pav.
