Steps
- Step 1
Prepreparation
Soak and cook matki, kala chana and vatana. Keep aside.
- Step 2
For misal
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil in it.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp hing, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp salt and, 1 tsp malvani masala, Saute well.
- Step 4
Then add cooked pulses and mix.
- Step 5
Once mixed well, add water and 1 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Bring it to a boil and stir.
- Step 7
Serve hot with pav.
