Chillies are rich in dietary fibre, which is important for a healthy digestive system.
Grind green chillies and garlic.
In a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing and mix well.
Add chilli and garlic paste and 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice.
Cook It well and serve.
