- Step 1
For vada batter
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, Mint Puree, 20 ml water and mix it well.
- Step 2
For vada mixture
In a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup boiled mashed potato, 1 tbsp groudnut powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, mash and mix it well. Then from the mixture make round shape vada.
- Step 3
For frying
Heat oil, dip the vada in batter, then put it in the pan, fry evenly on medium flame.
- Step 4
Serve it hot.
