For Batter
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 2 tbsp chopped mint that has been pureed, a little water and mix it well.

For Vada Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, mash and mix it well. Then from the mixture make round shape vada.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 3 Heat oil, dip the vada in batter, then put it in the pan, fry evenly on medium flame.
- Step 4 Serve it hot with 4 pav.
