- Step 1
Add mint paste to the dosa batter, mix and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp of each rai, jeera, hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/10 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/10th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup mashed sweet potato and mix all ingredients well
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 4
Heat tawa and pour 1 ladle batter.
- Step 5
Spread it into a round shape.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp ghee
- Step 7
Place the sweet potato mix in center
- Step 8
Roast till crisp and golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot
