- Step 1 Soak and blend 2 tbsp rice, 2 tsp urad dal. Keep it overnight to ferment.
- Step 2 Make a fine paste of 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves.
- Step 3 Add mint paste to the dosa batter, mix and keep aside.
- Step 4 In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp of each rai, jeera, hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp chopped green chili, 1 tbsp julienne onion,1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 7 Heat tawa and pour 1 ladle batter.
- Step 8 Spread it into a round shape.
- Step 9 Add 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 10 Place the sweet potato mix in center.
- Step 11 Roast till crisp and golden brown.
- Step 12 Serve hot.
