  • Add mint paste to the dosa batter, mix and keep aside.

  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp of each rai, jeera, hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/10 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/10th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup mashed sweet potato and mix all ingredients well

  • Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well

  • Heat tawa and pour 1 ladle batter.

  • Spread it into a round shape.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee

  • Place the sweet potato mix in center

  • Roast till crisp and golden brown.

  • Serve hot
