Steps
- Step 1 Add mint paste to the dosa batter, mix and keep aside
- Step 2 In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp of each rai, jeera, hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/10 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/10th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup mashed sweet potato and mix all ingredients wellAdd 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix wellHeat tawa and pour 1 ladle batter
- Step 3 Spread it into a round shape
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp gheePlace the sweet potato mix in centerRoast till crisp and golden brown
- Step 5 Serve hot
