4.0 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Sabudana
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, soaked and mashed sabudana, and 1 tbsp of chopped pudina leaves.
Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, green chilly paste, and jeera powder.
Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1 tsp ghee.
Serve hot.
