Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Dry roast 1 tbsp ragi flour for 5 mins and keep it aside.
- Step 2
Boil required water. Keep it on low heat, add roasted ragi flour gently and stir continuously so that no lumps will formed.
- Step 3
Boil till it thickens. Add 1/2 tsp salt to taste. Mix well and continue to cook for 1 minute.
- Step 4
Cool the mix, add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and whisk well. Add water as desired to dilute it.
- Step 5
Add 1 tbsp chopped pudina and mix well.
- Step 6
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera , 3 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/8 tsp hing.
- Step 7
Pour the tempering on prepared ragi ambli.
- Step 8
Stir well, chill and serve.
