Steps
- Step 1
Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.

Rest the dough for 5 mins
- Step 3
Divide it into equal sized balls
- Step 4
Roll out into round shape
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown
- Step 6
Serve hot.
