- Step 1 Soak, blend and ferment overnight 2 tbsp rice and 2 tsp urad dal.
- Step 2 Blend and make a paste of 3 tbsp mint leaves with little water.
- Step 3 Add mint paste to the dosa batter and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Heat nonstick tawa and pour 1 ladle batter.
- Step 6 Spread it into a round shape.
- Step 7 Add 2 tsp ghee and roast.
- Step 8 Flip the dosa and roast evenly.
- Step 9 Serve hot
