Minty Dosa Recipe

Mint adds a very refreshing taste to the regular dosa apart from adding a nice green color.

2 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Pudina
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1 Tsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal
1 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
  • Add Mint paste to the dosa batter and mix well.

  • Heat tawa and pour 1 ladle batter.

  • Spread it into a round shape.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee and roast.

  • Flip the dosa and roast evenly.

  • Serve hot
