Minty Coconut Kulcha With Ghee Recipe

1.5 Tbsp(17.0 ml) Milk

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
ingredients
2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina(Chopped)

2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Dry Coconut(Grated)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • For Kulcha Dough

    TIn a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5th tbsp maida,1 tbsp curd, 1.5th tbsp milk,1/8th tsp salt. Knead a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough.

  • For Filling

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp grated dried coconut,1/8th tsp salt,2 tsp chopped mint leaves,1/4th tsp dry mango powder,1/4th tsp green chilli paste. Mix Well.

  • Roll the dough. Fill the stuffing.

  • Seal & fold.

  • Roll into a kulcha. Apply water.

  • Place kulcha. Apply 1 tsp ghee.

  • Flip & cook.Roast well.

  • Serve Hot.
