For Kulcha Dough
TIn a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5th tbsp maida,1 tbsp curd, 1.5th tbsp milk,1/8th tsp salt. Knead a soft dough.
Rest the dough.
In a bowl add 2 tbsp grated dried coconut,1/8th tsp salt,2 tsp chopped mint leaves,1/4th tsp dry mango powder,1/4th tsp green chilli paste. Mix Well.
Roll the dough. Fill the stuffing.
Seal & fold.
Roll into a kulcha. Apply water.
Place kulcha. Apply 1 tsp ghee.
Flip & cook.Roast well.
