  • Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.

  • Rest the dough for 5 mins.

  • Divide it into equal sized balls.

  • Roll out into round shape.

  • Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
