Steps
- Step 1
Take 2 tsp rice, cook and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a bowl add previously cooked rice, 1/2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Mix till you obtain a batter consistency.
- Step 4
In a nonstick pan heat 1.25 tsp oil, spread the mixture and cook until well done on both sides.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
