- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, kadi patta and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and soaked quinoa and mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 4 Season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt and pour water as desired
- Step 5 Pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 6 Open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mis everything together.
- Step 7 Serve warm with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
