For Dough
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Rest the dough for 5 min.

For Filling
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder.
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well.

For Kulcha
- Step 1 Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
- Step 2 Seal, fold and flatten into a Kulcha.
- Step 3 Apply water at the base of kulcha and place it on a heated tawa.
- Step 4 Roast with 1 tsp ghee.

For the Pizza
- Step 1 Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, boiled sweet corn and top it with 1.5 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 2 Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.
- Step 3 Serve it hot.
