  • For Dough

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough for 5 min.

  • For Filling

    In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • For Kulcha

    Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.

  • Seal, fold and flatten into a Kulcha.

  • Apply water at the base of kulcha and place it on a heated tawa

  • Roast with 1 tsp ghee

  • For the Pizza

    Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, boiled sweet corn and top it with 1.5 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes

  • Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.

  • Serve it hot.
