- Step 1 In a bowl, add hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp mustard powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, pink salt as per taste and whisk it until smooth.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 4 Take one wheat bread slice, spread the hung Nestlé A+ Curd mixture, and cover with another wheat bread slice.
- Step 5 Serve.
