For Marination
- Step 1 Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp chopped pudina and blend well.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add Nestlé A+ Curd mixture , 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp oil and mix well.
- Step 3 Now add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn flour mixture, water and mix into a smooth paste. Keep aside.

For tikka skewers
- Step 1 Insert paneer and capsicum alternately on skewers, apply the marination well.
- Step 2 Brush the pan with oil.
- Step 3 Roast till light brown or well cooked.
- Step 4 Serve hot with coriander chutney.
