Mint Coriander Raita Recipe

Mint Coriander raita, a popular Indian style simple Mint coriander Dip made from fresh mint leaves Coriander leaves and curd (plain yogurt) is a perfect accompaniment for stuffed parathas, various types of pulaos and vegetable biryani.

3 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
3 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
5 Tbsp(71.0 gm) Curd
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • To Make this refreshing raita, take 5 tbsp Curd

  • Then add 3 tbsp Chopped Pudina, 1/8 tsp Salt, 3 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and Mix Well and serve.
