Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

A cooling minty refreshing spicy chutney paired with any dish enhancing the flavor and adding nutritional benefit makes an idle dip or side.

1/2 Cup(16.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Cup(11.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a blender, take 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves, 1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp green chilli paste and water as required.

  • Grind it well to make a paste.

  • Mint coriander chutney is ready to serve.
