For stuffing
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped pudina leaves, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp coriander leaves and mix well.
For outer cover
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled, mashed potato, 1 tbsp corn flour and knead into a dough.
Flatten the dough with your fingers.
In a small portion, stuff the prepared mixture.
Shape into rolls, coat with 2 tsp breadcrumbs.
Heat oil for frying, deep fry until golden brown on all sides.
Serve hot rolls with any dip of your choice.
