Raw Mango Mint Juice With Jaggery Recipe

A summertime cooling beverage with the goodness of raw mangoes and a sour tangy sweet taste, idle body coolant, hydrating drink.

1/4 Cup(34.0 gm) Raw Mango(Chopped)

2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina(Chopped)

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Jaggery(Powder)

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Basil Seeds

1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.62 gm) Black Salt

As Required(160.0 ml) Water
  • Pre Preparation

    Pressure cook 1/4th cup of raw mango.

  • Soak 1tsp of basil seeds.

  • Preparation

    In a mixer add cooked raw mango pulp, add 2 tbsp chopped pudina, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp black salt, mango water and blend well.

  • Garnish with soaked basil seeds.

  • Serve chilled.
