- Step 1
For Uttapam
To the batter add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 3
Mix everything together
- Step 4
Add 1/8 jeera powder, 1/8 tsp salt for taste and mix well
- Step 5
Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, pour spoonful of the batter to make mini uttapam and spread it evenly
- Step 6
Cook until crisp and golden brown
- Step 7
For Chutney
In a mixer jar add 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh coconut, 1/3 tbsp chana dal, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp grated ginger and 1/3 tsp chopped green chili.
- Step 8
Add a little water and grind until smooth.
