Steps
- Step 1 For UttapamIn a bowl add fermented batter
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 3 Mix until all the ingredients are well combined
- Step 4 Add 1/4th jeera powder, 1/8th tsp salt and mix slightly
- Step 5 In a pan add 1 tsp oil and spread the prepared batter to make small round uttapams
- Step 6 For chutneyIn a blender jar add 1 tbsp dry coconut, 1 tbsp chana dal, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger and 1/4th tsp green chilli
- Step 7 Blend until smooth
