- Step 1 Make two small jowar pizza bases with 2 tbsp of jowar flour and 1 tbsp of ragi and bajra flour each, add the required water, knead it well and roll into mini bhakris. On a heated tava roast both the sides until cooked.
- Step 2 Take a bhakri pizza base, spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce on top, then add 1/8 cup each of chopped red capsicum, diced yellow capsicum, chopped capsicum and 1/8 cup chopped tomato.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 4 Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp oregano,1/4 tsp red chili flakes on the top.
- Step 5 Cover and cook on low heat till the cheese melts.
- Step 6 Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
