- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 1½ tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, kadi patta, 1 green chilli and roast till golden.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding cashewnuts.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp boiled fresh peas,1/2 sachet Maggi masala magic, and saute it well.
- Step 5 Add roasted jowar flour, water as required, mix and make sure it's lump free.
- Step 6 Add 1 tsp black til, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 7 Serve Hot.
