For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup jowar flour, 1 ½ tbsp ragi flour and 1 tbsp wheat flour with 1/2 tsp oil, salt as per taste.
- Step 2 Add water as required to make a dough. Roll out the dough to make a round roti.

For Rajma Stuffing
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp each of chopped tomato, green capsicum, 2 tbsp sweet corn,1 tbsp chopped jalapeno, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce and salt as per taste and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add boiled mashed rajma, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Millet Rajma Wrap
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a nonstick tawa and place the roti. Let it roast on one side and spread the beaten egg white.
- Step 2 Flip and roast until the egg is well cooked. Flip again and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 3 Place the rajma mixture on top and roll to make a wrap.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
