- Step 1
For Paratha
In a bowl, mix together 4 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp grated purple cabbage, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp chopped pudina.
- Step 2
Knead it into a dough, adding water as required.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
Roll into a paratha and roast with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
For Pizza
Take this paratha as base and apply 1 tbsp pizza sauce over it.
- Step 6
Spread 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp sliced baby corn, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, over the pizza.
- Step 7
Place it on the tawa, cover and roast slightly.
- Step 8
Serve the healthy desi pizza.
