Millet Purple Cabbage Paratha With Ghee Recipe

It is a Flat bread of Millet with the combination of Purple cabbage which is high in antioxidants makes it very healthy meal option.

2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Violet Cabbage(Grated)

1/4 Tsp(0.19 gm) Pudina(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 4 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp grated violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp red chilly powder and 1/4th tsp chopped pudina .

  • Mix well and add water as required to knead the dough.

  • Take a small portion and roll into a paratha.

  • Heat a flat pan and roast the paratha from both the sides using 1 tsp ghee.

  • Serve with curd/ chutney.
