It is a Flat bread of Millet with the combination of Purple cabbage which is high in antioxidants makes it very healthy meal option.
In a bowl add 4 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp grated violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp red chilly powder and 1/4th tsp chopped pudina .
Mix well and add water as required to knead the dough.
Take a small portion and roll into a paratha.
Heat a flat pan and roast the paratha from both the sides using 1 tsp ghee.
Serve with curd/ chutney.
