Millet Cottage Cheese Zucchini Paratha Pizza Recipe

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp each of ragi, rice, and jowar flour.

  • To this, add 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 1/4th tsp each of jeera and salt, and 1/8th tsp red chilli powder.

  • Add sufficient water and knead the mix into a soft dough.

  • Roll into a paratha using a rolling pin.

  • Roast the paratha on a tawa with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Next, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the roasted paratha.

  • Add 1 tbsp each of grated paneer, and boiled sweet corn, 2 tsp of chopped green and red capsicum as a topping.

  • Add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top and season with 1/4th tsp each of oregano and red chilli flakes.

  • Cover pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes.
