Millet Paneer Zucchini Paratha Pizza Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
As Required(25.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp each of ragi, rice, and jowar flour.

  • To this, add 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp red chilly powder.

  • Add sufficient water and knead the mix into a soft dough.

  • Roll into a paratha using a rolling pin.

  • Roast the paratha on a tawa with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Next, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the roasted paratha.

  • Add 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 2 tsp chopped green capsicum and 2 tsp chopped red capsicum as a topping.

  • Add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top and season with 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.

  • Cover pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes.
