A multigrain pizza packed with nutrition and flavor. Millet provides a good dose of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp each of ragi, rice, and jowar flour.
To this, add 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp red chilly powder.
Add sufficient water and knead the mix into a soft dough.
Roll into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Roast the paratha on a tawa with 1 tsp ghee.
Next, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the roasted paratha.
Add 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 2 tsp chopped green capsicum and 2 tsp chopped red capsicum as a topping.
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top and season with 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
Cover pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes.
