For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1 ½ tbsp wheat flour with 1/2 tsp oil, salt as per taste.
- Step 2 Add water as required to make a dough. Roll out the dough to make a round roti.

For Mushroom Stuffing
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup diced mushroom 1 tbsp each of chopped green capsicum, and carrot and saute till vegetables are semisoft.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp wheat flour and mix well. Pour 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese and whisk it continuously without lumps.
- Step 4 Add blanched palak, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix gently.

- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a nonstick tawa and place the roti.
- Step 2 Roast it from both sides and place the mushroom stuffing on top and roll to make a frankie.
- Step 3 Serve hot.
