- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow to crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and pour in little water
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup diced tofu, 2 tbsp chopped pudina and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Cover and cook over low flame
- Step 7 Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 8 In a bowl add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp jowar flour, 1.5 tbsp bajra flour,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 9 Pour in some water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 10 Roll out a dough ball, add the tofu mixture and seal the edges
- Step 11 Heat a pan with oil for frying, add the pockets and fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 12 Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
