For Crepes
- Step 1 In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup bajra flour and 1/2 cup soy milk. Mix well to make a smooth batter. Add water if the batter is too thick.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds

For Raisin Jam
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp ghee and add 1 ½ tbsp chopped jaggery. Once the jaggery starts to melt, add chopped raisins and 1 tbsp pomegranate and mix well.
- Step 2 Transfer the mixture to another bowl.

For Millet Crepes with Raisin Jam
- Step 1 Heat a non stick pan, brush with ghee and pour a ladleful of the crepe batter.
- Step 2 Spread the batter to make thin crepes. Roast on both sides.
- Step 3 Take a crepe, place the raisin jam in the centre and roll.
- Step 4 Serve.
