- Step 1 In a bowl, add cooked buckwheat, 1/4 cup boiled chole, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, and 1/8 cup boiled mashed potato.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and salt as per taste. Mash and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each into a round shape tikkis.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick pan with 2 tsp oil and place tikkis.
- Step 6 Roast the tikkis from both sides till crisp and golden brown.
- Step 7 Serve hot with coriander chutney.
