- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 ½ tsp oil and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, 1 ½ tbsp chopped carrot, 1 ½ tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 cup shredded chicken, 2 ½ tbsp chopped palak and saute.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped tomato.
- Step 3 Then add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp vinegar and stir well.
- Step 4 Add cooked buckwheat and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5 Once mixed, add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix it again.
- Step 6 Garnish with 2 tsp white sesame seeds and serve hot.
