- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3/4 cup bajra flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 cup boiled grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp black til, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, salt as per taste, water as required to knead a soft dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Divide the dough and roll it out into roundshaped parathas.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick tava and roast the paratha with 1 ½ tsp ghee till golden brown.
- Step 5 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
