Millet Aloo Pockets Recipe

As Require(15.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute it till golden brown

  • Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, water, 1/8th tsp salt and mix it well

  • Add 1 tbsp peas and enough water

  • Cover and cook for a while

  • Add boiled and mashed potato, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • Simmer it

  • Mix it well

  • For the sheet

    In 1 tbsp wheat flour, add 1 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8th tsp salt, water and knead it into a dough

  • Roll it out using a rolling pin

  • Add the mixture and seal in a square shape

  • Heat oil for frying in a pan

  • Deep fry till golden brown

  • Serve it hot
