Heat 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute it till golden brown
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, water, 1/8th tsp salt and mix it well
Add 1 tbsp peas and enough water
Cover and cook for a while
Add boiled and mashed potato, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Simmer it
Mix it well
For the sheet
In 1 tbsp wheat flour, add 1 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8th tsp salt, water and knead it into a dough
Roll it out using a rolling pin
Add the mixture and seal in a square shape
Heat oil for frying in a pan
Deep fry till golden brown
Serve it hot
