1/2 Chopped Tsp (1.405 gm)

Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp (1.02 ml)

Sugar
2 Tbsp (25.96 gm)

- Step 1 In a pan add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and bring it to a boil.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and Nestlé A+ Curdle it while simmering.
- Step 3 In another pan add 2 tbsp sugar and caramelize it then immediately add this caramelized sugar into the Nestlé A+ Curdled Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 4 Stir Nestlé A+ Milk continuously till it gets thick. Then add 1 tsp ghee, 3/4 tsp glucose syrup, and mix it well.
- Step 5 When the mixture turns thick in consistency then remove mixture on a plate and cool it.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 7 Make a small round peda and garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped pista.
- Step 8 Serve.
