Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp besan, 1/4th tsp grated garlic, 1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and whisk it till smooth
- Step 2
Add water and kept aside.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a kadai
- Step 4
Add 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp of chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp of chopped yellow capsicum, cooked rajma, 1/8th tsp red chilly flakes and saute it well
- Step 5
Add the Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and mix it well
- Step 6
Simmer it for 1 min
- Step 7
Garnish with basil leaves
- Step 8
Serve hot
