For The Stuffing
- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil and add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 2 Add the mashed rajma, 1 tsp Nestle maggi rich tomato ketchup, 1/4 tsp oregano and salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 4 Saute well and keep aside.

For Egg White Batter
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 egg whites, salt as per taste and beat well.

For Omelette
- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil and pour the egg white batter.
- Step 2 Spread the mixture evenly to make a round omelette and let it cook.
- Step 3 Place the prepared rajma mixture on one side of the omelette and fold it in half.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
