A variation to the regular plain theplas is a fiber and iron rich thepla with the addition of methi leaves. Usually paired with curd making a healthy breakfast option.
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 4 tsp besan, 1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, and 1/4th tsp salt.
Now, add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste and 1.5 tbsp of chopped methi leaves.
Add 50ml water and knead the dough well.
Take the dough and roll into a thepla.
Heat a tawa, roast both sides and apply1 tsp oil
Serve hot with curd.
