3.0 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Methi Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp besan, 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/4 tsp salt.
Now, add 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1.5 tbsp of chopped methi leaves.
Add some water and knead the dough well.
Take the dough and roll into a thepla.
Heat a tawa, roast both sides and apply1 tsp oil.
Serve hot.
