- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup ragi flour, 1/3 cup wheat flour, 3 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp ajwain, and salt as per taste. Mix all these dry ingredients.
- Step 2 Add 1 cup finely chopped methi leaves, 2 tsp oil and start adding water little by little to form a tight dough.
- Step 3 Cover and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Step 4 Divide the dough into two halves and take one portion and start rolling. It should be around 1/4 inch thick.
- Step 5 Prick the rolled out dough with fork all around.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 7 Using a cookie cutter, cut it into pieces.
- Step 8 Preheat the oven.
- Step 9 Line a tray with parchment paper. Place the crackers and bake the crackers at 180 degrees celsius for 1215 minutes.
- Step 10 Allow them to cool on a wire rack before transferring to an airtight container.
- Step 11 Serve.
