Layers of cooked dough stuffed with onion and fenugreek leaves roasted to perfection, making it a complete dish or tiffin for children.
Knead 1/4th cup wheat flour into a dough.
For the stuffing
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8th tsp red chilli powder.
Mash and mix it well.
Roll the dough and add the stuffing.
Seal it from all the sides and roll into a paratha.
On a frying pan, roast the paratha on both the sides with oil.
