Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp red chilly powder.
- Step 2
Mash and mix it well.
- Step 3
Roll the dough and add the stuffing.
- Step 4
Seal it from all the sides and roll into a paratha.
- Step 5
On a frying pan, roast the paratha on both the sides with oil.
- Step 6
Serve with Nestlé A+ Curd.
